Rostov region governor said on social media the region was hit by a large-scale
drone attack in the early hours of the 8th, damaging two oil tankers bound for
Rostov-on-Don in Taganrog Bay and leaving two people lightly injured. The
governor warned of an ongoing drone threat and urged residents to stay indoors
and away from windows.
