rose to 28% from 9% after provincial rules introduced earlier this year
requiring disclosure of AI use in hiring. Mentions climbed across nearly all
occupations, with exceptions in beauty and personal care, dental and veterinary
services. Bernard says the current level likely understates AI prevalence given
rule exemptions and incomplete compliance.
