Sources say SK Hynix's U.S. IPO is over seven times subscribed and is set to
price on Thursday. The deal includes about 177.9 million American depositary
receipts (ADRs), each equal to one‑tenth of an ordinary share; based on
Wednesday's Korea Exchange close of KRW2,076,000 per share (~$1,380), that
implies an ADR price near $138 and gross proceeds of roughly $24.5bn. Demand
reportedly came from global long‑term funds, tech‑thematic funds, sovereign
wealth funds and Asia‑focused investors. The offering is led by BofA, CITIGROUP,
Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, with nine other banks involved.
