Peng Li, co-founder of Muxi, said China’s AI industry is in a demand-explosion,
supply-catchup phase and that available AI firms and mature products remain far
from sufficient. She flagged a significant supply–demand gap and said compute
capacity, data storage and device interconnect/transmission must be coordinated
and balanced to close industry-chain shortfalls and build a stable, efficient
industrial base.
