Country Garden held a July 10 management meeting and said H2 will be a critical
window for its operational transition. Management ordered a focus on stabilizing
financing and debt and sustaining development, directing regional project teams
to ensure completion and handover of homes and to execute an orderly strategy
shift back to normal operations. The company reviewed H1 progress and
prioritized quality delivery, product upgrades, safety, organizational control
and AI-driven operations. Joint chairman Mo Bin said the market warming trend is
established; ongoing policy support and concentrated release of pent-up demand
should drive recovery from Tier‑1/2 to Tier‑3/4 cities, a process that will take
time and requires patience.
