Rosatom CEO Likhachov said on the 12th that Energodar, the satellite city
serving the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, was struck by Ukrainian forces, causing
4 deaths and 4 injuries. Separately, Russian-appointed Energodar mayor Pukhov
said a drone struck a bus stop that morning, killing 1 and wounding 4. Russian
sources say attacks since April 27 have killed 11 and injured dozens. Ukraine
has not responded.
