This followed an announcement that the "Share Transfer Agreement" signed by its controlling shareholder, Wumart Technology, with Hangzhou Jingqi Electronic Information Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Xiamen Lianxinmei Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) had been terminated.
