At the close of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Fuel oil rose over 4%, synthetic rubber and ethylene glycol (EG) rose nearly 4%, benzene and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rose over 3%, and styrene (EB), SC crude oil, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), and methanol rose over 2%. On the downside, Shanghai silver fell nearly 3%, and live hogs, platinum, and coking coal fell over 2%.
