Jordan Armed Forces General Command said on the 13th (local time) its
air-defence systems intercepted and shot down four missiles that entered
Jordanian airspace from the direction of Iran in the early hours. The command
said the operation was completed efficiently; there were no casualties or
property damage. The Jordanian Royal Engineers disposed of missile debris at
multiple sites under technical and safety procedures and secured the areas.
