China's Ministry of Transport issued measures to promote high-quality
development of night cruise boats and stimulate consumption, implementing
central government guidance to cultivate new service consumption growth points.
The measures target bottlenecks restricting the sector and instruct local
transport authorities to coordinate development with safety. They set out
targeted actions across five areas: upgrading infrastructure functions,
deepening cultural empowerment and innovation integration, improving service
quality and brand influence, strengthening policy support and guidance, and
enhancing safety and emergency preparedness.
