According to Al Arabiya, the Yemeni National Armed Forces stated that the government has made every effort to persuade Iran and the Houthi rebels to act rationally. The government has also attempted to persuade Iran and the Houthis not to violate Yemeni airspace. "Our patience has run out, and we will retaliate against any violations of Yemeni airspace by Iran and the Houthis. The Yemeni people and leadership will defend the country at all costs, by land, sea, and air."
