From July 1st to 10th, following the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, a backlog of ships began to pass through the strait, with 296 confirmed transit vessels carrying various commodities, averaging about 30 per day. However, from July 11th to 13th, the number of confirmed transit vessels dropped to 32, averaging only about 11 per day.
