President Trump wrote that oil flows are unprecedented and the Strait of Hormuz
will remain open to all vessels except Iranian ones. He said the US will impose
a comprehensive blockade only on ships bound to/from Iranian ports or carrying
Iranian cargo. He has decided to cancel the US "20% compensation fee"
and replace it with trade and investment agreements between Gulf
states and the United States, saying the investments will be large. He also said
Iran will never acquire nuclear weapons.
