Xiaomi Group (01810.HK) said its self‑developed MiMo edge‑side model has been
officially registered with China’s national large‑model registry. MiMo has
completed a closed‑loop model matrix covering large language, multimodal and
speech capabilities and, via edge‑cloud collaboration, will be deployed across
Xiaomi’s phone‑car‑home ecosystem. The company named AI, chips and OS as its
three long‑term core tech tracks and said it will invest 16 bln yuan in AI in
2026 and at least 60 yuan yuan over the next three years.
