raise prices on its chipmaking equipment, a move TSMC has begun to oppose,
potentially creating tension with its largest customer. ASML's advanced EUV
tools are essential for leading-edge chips and AI-driven demand is surging; CFO
Roger Dassen said productivity gains on the less-advanced low-NA EUV "naturally
provide substantial scope" for potential price increases. He added that long
order cycles mean any pricing change will not affect prices "tomorrow."
