standards, requiring PVC conduit of GY305 or higher, phasing out light thin‑wall
pipe and setting at least medium‑strength as the entry standard. Price moves:
third‑generation home‑charger service pack (single‑phase) cut by 601 yuan to
4,599 yuan; third‑generation single‑phase bare pedestal reduced by 200 yuan to
2,599 yuan. Eighteen installation add‑on fees—including wall penetrations,
posts/protection boxes, installation and grounding‑rod work—were also reduced,
averaging about a 37% cut.
