China's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC)
launched a 'Scenarios Wanxiang' special action to promote opening and
cultivation of commercial scenarios by central SOEs. SASAC unveiled 10 flagship
externally open scenarios, created a scenario zone within a central-SOE AI
open-source Huanxin Community, and saw SOEs, universities and research
institutes sign multiple letters of intent to co-develop scenarios.
