The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs recorded 761
settler-related incidents in the West Bank between January and April, displacing
nearly 2,000 Palestinians. As settlers open new outposts in surrounding hills,
several Palestinian communities have become increasingly isolated; local
residents report attacks and harassment that they say have devastated their
lives.
