Iran's foreign ministry said repeated threats to attack bridges and power
plants, alongside attacks on certain critical infrastructure, clearly
demonstrate the criminal intent of the US ruling establishment, and warned that
direct perpetrators and executors cannot evade legal responsibility or the moral
and conscience burden of war crimes by claiming they were following orders.
