Bank of China has issued a service plan to support overseas rollout of MAZU, a
meteorological intelligent early‑warning solution (MAZU: Multi‑hazard, Alert,
Zero‑gap, Universal). The bank will leverage a "one‑point global access
response" service mechanism, its global institutional network and primary
cross‑border clearing channels to provide core operating firms with full‑cycle
integrated financial services across R&D, equipment manufacturing, overseas
project deployment, delivery and operations & maintenance, and to build an
integrated cross‑border settlement system to deepen a financial–meteorological
collaboration ecosystem.
