CK Asset Holdings (01113.HK) says occupation at a 41-storey Hong Kong office
tower, long vacant since its 2024 completion, has more than doubled since the
start of the year to about 60%, people familiar with the matter said. The
pickup, led by financial firms upgrading and expanding space, signals a broader
recovery in Hong Kong's office market. CK Asset expects occupancy to reach at
at least 75% by year-end, the people said. JLL data show Central prime office rents
rose 7.3% in 1H — the biggest half-year gain in 15 years — and vacancy fell from
10.9% at end-2025 to 8.8%.
