At the morning open, China's main futures contracts were mixed. Decliners:
coking coal, paraxylene (PX), PTA, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and coke fell over
2%; PET chips and eggs declined around 2%; short-fiber polyester fell over 1%.
Risers: Shanghai silver, soybean meal, Europe-route container shipping,
international copper, rapeseed meal and palladium rose over 1%; soybean No.2 and
Shanghai copper gained about 1%.
