Deputy Transport Minister Xu Chengguang said at a State Council press briefing
on July 21 that China will prioritize construction of cross‑regional and
cross‑basin major corridors during the 15th Five‑Year Plan period and push the
main framework completion rate of the national comprehensive multi‑modal
transport network to 95%.
