People familiar with the matter said Apple (AAPL.O) is preparing a full refresh
across its Mac lineup to capture demand for high-performance notebooks and
desktops driven by the AI boom. New versions of every on-sale Mac are expected
this fall and next year, covering desktops, multiple laptops and a redesigned
MacBook Pro; the rollout will begin with an updated 14-inch MacBook Pro, one of
the first Macs to use the new M6 chip, and will include the first all-new iMac
in two years.
