Media cited dealers saying Dahua would implement a new pricing plan from July 22
with some products up to 50% higher. On July 23 Dahua said rising core
raw-material costs have pressured its costs and, after assessment, it will
modestly adjust prices for some products; exact changes and quote validity will
follow the latest price list. Dahua said the circulating claims that it will
raise prices across its entire product range and that some products will jump as
much as 50% are not true.
