At the opening of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with SC crude oil up over 6%, fuel oil and styrene (EB) up over 3%, and benzene, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), asphalt, synthetic rubber, and ethylene glycol (EG) up over 2%. On the downside, Shanghai silver fell nearly 4%, platinum and palladium fell over 3%, Shanghai gold fell over 2%, international copper fell nearly 2%, and Shanghai copper, tin, and glass fell over 1%.
