LEAVITT told reporters at the WHITE HOUSE on the 23rd the recently signed US-Saudi civilian nuclear agreement would be "void" if Saudi Arabia does not join the Abraham Accords. She reiterated President Trump’s condition that the pact’s activation “depends on” Saudi signing the Accords and said the president is the final decision-maker. LEAVITT added Trump has repeatedly urged Saudi counterparts to join the Accords promptly. The Abraham Accords are the normalization agreements Trump brokered between Israel and the UAE, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco.
