As of the 23:00 market close, most domestic futures contracts declined. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) and paraxylene fell by more than 2%, PTA fell by nearly 2%, and fuel oil, synthetic rubber, benzene, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fell by more than 1%, while asphalt fell by nearly 1%. On the upside, caustic soda rose by more than 2%, ethylene glycol (EG) and glass rose by more than 1%, and coking coal and soybean meal rose by nearly 1%.
