International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan was removed from office on
the 24th after a joint meeting of the Court’s oversight body and the Assembly of
States Parties at UN headquarters in New York. Of 125 Rome Statute states
parties, 82 voted to dismiss him amid allegations of "serious misconduct" and
"serious dereliction of duty."
