On July 24 in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone, Jiafei Aviation deployed what it
describes as China’s first low-altitude smart logistics large model. Developed
by Jiafei Aviation Institute’s air-space-ground integrated laboratory, the
platform integrates software and hardware and combines air/space/ground data
fusion, intelligent scheduling, heavy-load operations and risk alerts. It
supports payloads up to 200 kg and is marketed as adaptable to full scenarios
including emergency rescue, mountain infrastructure and rural logistics,
signaling a shift from single-drone manual control to AI-enabled, scalable and
scenario-driven heavy-drone logistics.
