At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined, with benzene, fuel oil, and SC crude oil falling by more than 6%, synthetic rubber and styrene (EB) falling by nearly 6%, and paraxylene, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), and PTA falling by more than 5%. On the upside, silver rose by nearly 3%, palladium and platinum rose by more than 2%, tin rose by nearly 2%, and caustic soda and glass rose by more than 1%.
