In an interview with Finnish National Broadcasting Corporation that day, Wori said that the Trump administration's search for "legal grounds" for unilateral tariffs, ultimately resorting to the reason of "forced labor" from a 1970s law, is utterly absurd. Wori pointed out that the Trump administration's tariff policies pose severe challenges to Finnish industries such as steel and pharmaceuticals, damage global trade relations, and bring more uncertainty to the global economy and business operations.
