China's National Energy Administration said data from the national charging-facility monitoring platform show total EV charging connectors reached 23.057 mln as of end-June 2026, up 43.2% YoY. Public connectors numbered 5.009 mln, up 22.3% YoY, with total rated power of 247 million kW and average power per connector about 49.35 kW. Private connectors numbered 18.048 mln, up 50.4% YoY, with reported installed capacity of 155 million kVA.
