Hamas issued a statement saying it will send a delegation to Cairo today (Tuesday) to restart negotiations on the second phase of the ceasefire agreement with Israel. The statement mentioned that the delegation will meet with mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, as well as Palestinian groups, to "consolidate the ceasefire and ensure the implementation of all agreements reached."
