The deal comprises JPY80 billion of three‑year notes with a 3.270% coupon (165bp over JGBs) and JPY10 billion of five‑year notes with a 3.886% coupon (190bp over JGBs), the highest coupon paid by a Japanese corporate borrower for comparable maturities.
