State Post Bureau spokesperson Hu Kai said the bureau will, on a
locality-by-locality basis, push construction of county-level parcel public
distribution centers and strengthen village-level comprehensive delivery service
stations to improve rural parcel and logistics integration. The bureau will
encourage regions able to create rural parcel logistics public-service jobs and
boost rural postal service satisfaction. Aligned with the 15th Five-Year Plan,
postal services will support regional coordinated development and metropolitan
clusters, participate in the Western Land–Sea New Corridor, open northerly
delivery channels from the Northeast, accelerate digitization of postal and
express infrastructure in central China, and promote postal modernization in the
eastern region.
