July 29, 2026 — The Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Equities
Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) launched a nationwide special cultivation action
for specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative firms, holding the first
training session in Nanjing with Jiangsu provincial financial office, Jiangsu
MIIT, the Jiangsu securities regulatory bureau and the Jiangsu Equity Exchange
Center. The program pairs policy interpretation with practical guidance to
promote MIIT and financial-sector support measures for listings on the New Third
Board and the BSE, explain full-chain service arrangements, and address common
listing-preparation issues with practical solutions. The initiative aims to
drive more quality specialized firms toward NEEQ/BSE listings and to build a
tiered, full-cycle cultivation ecosystem covering firm growth to listing.
