The IMF said on the 29th that Macau's economy remains resilient, the financial
system is broadly stable and the financial sector is becoming more diversified
as the territory advances moderate economic diversification. Amid heightened
global uncertainty, IMF staff project Macau GDP growth of 3.3% this year and
roughly 3.0% on a medium-term basis.
