Hungary's prime minister said that due to an outage at the Paks nuclear plant
and a heatwave, the country's energy supply could enter a 'critical' state from
Monday; he will ask large consumers, including battery makers and automakers, to
Voluntarily cut electricity use between 17:00 and 22:00.
