China’s balance-of-payments goods and services trade totaled 5.341 tln yuan in
June. Exports were 3.009 tln yuan and imports 2.331 tln yuan, leaving a surplus
of 678 bln yuan. Converted to dollars, exports were $441.6bn, imports $342.1bn
and the surplus $99.5bn. Major services (bln yuan): travel 177.3; transport
157.9; other business services 146.7; telecom/computer/information 73.1.
