The Gaza Peace Committee stated that the collection and storage of heavy weapons will begin after the National Council and international forces enter the Gaza Strip. The National Council will manage the weapons inventory according to a timetable, with preparations planned to be completed within 14 days. The weapons inventory is linked to the phased withdrawal of Israeli troops from the occupied territories. The process will be monitored and verified by an international inspection committee with the support of stabilizing forces.
