centered at 20.8°N, 157.5°E in the northwest Pacific, about 3,090 km east of
Naha, Ryukyu Islands. Maximum sustained winds near the center were 58 m/s (≈113
kt) and central pressure 925 hPa. Radius of seven-level winds: 200–400 km;
ten-level: 120–160 km; twelve-level: 70–90 km.
