Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said the US president’s claim that Iran
asked to halt attacks is nonsense and a last-ditch attempt to extort and
pressure Persian Gulf rulers. The IRGC said its forces are at highest readiness
and prepared for any possibility; if confrontation is unavoidable, the
battlefield will decide and everyone will know who holds power and the final
say.
