Iran's president said the memorandum of understanding signed by Sham members
(Levant countries) represents their collective judgment and has unanimous
backing. He said the MoU should become the core of future external relations,
urged efforts to compel adversaries to honor signed commitments, and said it
will enhance the security of Iran, the region and its allies.
