1. Goldman Sachs released its August 2026 Asia Pacific Conviction List. Five new stocks were added: Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), Keyence, BYD, Samsung Electronics, and Shengyi Technology. In terms of expected gains, Goldman Sachs clearly favors AI hardware and semiconductors: the technology sector has the highest weighting and the strongest expected gains (60%~151%), all being core players in the AI industry chain, suggesting that Goldman Sachs views this AI correction as a good opportunity to increase holdings. 2. Nanya Circuit Board (expected upside +151%) and Shengyi Technology (upside +134%) rank first and second in terms of upside potential on the list, mainly involved in copper-clad laminates and PCB materials for AI servers. BYD and HKEX reflect confidence in global expansion and the return of funds to Hong Kong stocks, respectively. 3. Samsung Electronics, a mega-cap stock with a market capitalization of $1.235 trillion, possesses an exceptionally high potential upside of 87%, especially considering that other investment banks significantly lowered their target prices for Samsung at the end of July (Shinhan Securities from $590,000 to $450,000, and JPMorgan Chase from $480,000 to $400,000). Goldman Sachs, on the contrary, further strengthened its long-term bullish stance that "supply shortages may continue until 2028." (Source: Goldman Sachs)

[Futures Hotspot Tracking] Cost accounting models are reshaping industry order, and leading companies are required to play an exemplary role. Polysilicon futures once surged by more than 8%, but given the grim reality of "high inventory and weak demand," can this rebound, supported by sentiment and costs, be sustained?
