Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem said the Lebanese government must stop making
pointless concessions via direct talks with Israel, which he said have produced
only shame, humiliation and disappointment and effectively handed everything to
Israel. He said a US‑Iran memorandum of understanding remains the only path to
securing Israeli withdrawal.
