The U.S. has revoked the visa of Brazil's ambassador to the United States in
retaliation for Brazil's recent refusal to issue visas to two State Department
officials and for delaying acceptance of President Trump's nominee for U.S.
ambassador to Brazil, the AP reported citing a State Department official. The
official described the move as a reciprocal response and said Washington had
postponed action to give LULA room to change course; the measure can be quickly
rescinded if Brazil grants the visas and accepts the U.S. nominee.
