Ukrainian President Zelenskyy: As of now, we know of 44 injuries and 17 deaths in the large-scale Russian attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region. Our partners must understand that delayed supplies or reluctance to provide anti-ballistic missile systems have led to such horrific casualties and destruction. Those partners who are currently unwilling to actively assist in providing interceptors can be supported through new sanctions.
