Yole Group says after a 2024–25 market adjustment the power-electronics sector
is entering a phase of consolidation, cost optimization and competitiveness
improvement. It projects a 7.1% CAGR from 2025–31, taking the global
power-device market to $41.3bn by 2031, driven by electrification, AI
infrastructure and renewables. The report keeps Infineon, ON Semiconductor and
STMicroelectronics as market leaders, and flags China Resources
Microelectronics, Silan Micro and Nexperia as firms steadily gaining share.
