According to Nikkei, Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) plans to establish a research group comprised of external experts as early as this fiscal year to consider revising relevant rules, including raising the transaction limit by 10%. The FSA has already stipulated that such platforms can only handle a maximum of 10% of the total value of Japanese stock transactions.
